Hi,

I just added a new site to my dashboard & most of my blogs have the same plugins.

How do I add the ones that are common amongst all the blogs to that one new blog?

I don't want to have to do it one at a time or pull out my Word doc.

Thanks

Michelle

Hi,

Ok, so to be clear, the system won't just tell me which blogs don't have the plugin I want added? I have to go thru my entire list myself one by one & figure out which ones do & which ones don't?

I was hoping the system would know so I don't have to spend all that time figuring out which sites already have the plugin.

Thanks

Michelle

Sorry, my reply was meant for my other question…

So there's no list of plugins somewhere in my dashboard so I can just tick them off to add to this one new blog?

Your answer didn't really address my question.

Hi,

There is no automatic option for checking which plugins your new site is missing.

One of the ways to install plugin to new site is to check the list of plugins in Manage screen of -Plugins&Themes- and from there choose the plugin you wish to install.

Go to Manage screen, select all websites, check do you wish to show active or inactive and press submit.

That will show you the list of your sites and plugins on them.

For example:
Let say you have installed Akismet on three of your sites and then you add a fourth site.

In Manage screen it will show 3 sites that have that plugin installed with empty boxes to check(for activate/deactivate option)
For the fourth site it will show -Install- option.

Ok, you said look at the list of plugins, but I don't see a list anywhere in my account which would be really nice if I had a list so I don't have to search for the plugin every single time I want to add it to a site.

Is there a list somewhere I'm not seeing?

Hi,

To see the list of plugins first you have to open Plugins & Themes tool.

When the new screen opens select all you websites and choose do you wish to display active or inactive plugins.
Press submit.

Here is a screenshot of how plugin list looks like:
