Q. I have already installed and activated the Worker plugin, but when I try to add my website to ManageWP I keep getting the same error message: “Site could not be added – Click here to install ManageWP Worker plugin”. What do I do?
A. This error message means that ManageWP is not able to communicate with the Worker plugin on your website. This is usually because of one of two problems:
- your front page is a static HTML page
- you have a maintenance mode plugin activated
Log in to your WordPress dashboard to check to see if this is case.
