My sites aren’t loading in the dashboard. What can I do to solve this problem?

Q. My sites aren’t loading in the dashboard. What can I do to solve this problem?

It’s not uncommon for people to host multiple sites on the same server. This is the case for users with shared hosting.

When you reload the dashboard, or update WordPress core, themes and plugins, ManageWP requests information from each site simultaneously. This ensures the fastest loading speed.

When too many requests are sent to the same IP address some of them may time out or fail.

To prevent this from happening you can limit the number of requests that can be made to the same IP address.

To do this, navigate to Settings and scroll down to Advanced Settings. Here you’ll find two sliders which you can adjust per IP address, one for Read limit and Write limit.

If you are having problems. Decrease this limit until your sites are able to complete.
