DevOps

We are looking for a DevOps with a primary job responsibility to design, document and install, configure, monitor and support our overall technical infrastructure required to sustain the various phases of development, implementation and support of our services.

We want you to:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for the availability, scalability, and performance of our server infrastructure

• Automate our development pipeline to make seamless continuous deployment process for our colleagues and ourselves.

• Hack software which keeps track of servers and their states.

• Prepare fully configured virtual servers for yourself and your colleagues to hack and test on.

• Write scripts to automate operations, server management and scaling

• Be able to take a complex system apart and quickly figure how it works and how to best optimize it

• Research all things cool that save money and time

A plus:

• Experience with building automation, continuous integration and continuous deployment using tools like Jenkins.

• Knowledge of monitoring systems and configuration management systems (Puppet, Chef, Nagios, OpenNMS, NewRelic,, etc)

• Experience with Amazon AWS (EC2, EBS, S3, RDS)

• Deep understanding of the full web stack and how every layer works from browser caching to Memcached

• Able to configure and maintain Postfix as MTA in a high traffic environment

• Experience with server and application security
