So, we have a few things to tell you about over at ManageWP.org, which you should absolutely go check out if you haven’t yet. The first of which is that ManageWP.org has surpassed 1,200 members. We are really excited to see that the ManageWP.org community is growing stronger on a daily basis. But there’s more!
The next thing we want to tell you is that we’ve added quite a few new features since the launch of ManageWP.org.
You can now check out an unread count for the “Latest” section. This lets you know if there’s any new stories since you last participated, so that you can read and vote on the freshest WordPress content.
We’ve also added the ability to explain why you shared a story. This will pop up if you hover your mouse over a story. It’s a way to add a personal touch to your shares on ManageWP.org.
Furthermore, here’s a few other cool new things you can check out:
- You can now link your GitHub profile to your ManageWP.org profile — cool news for all you developers out there!
- We tweaked the category configuration after receiving your feedback. We added an Editorials section, which serves as a holding place for well-thought, in-depth articles. We also have the Community category, which is a catch-all for WordPress community related news and events.
- Shortly after our our launch, we also added a really cool ManageWP.org Statistics overview. If you like numbers, this will be nirvana for you.
The other small thing is that Team ManageWP.org is celebrating it’s first month since going live! Thanks to everyone who has helped make this project a success, and thanks to you for helping ManageWP.org and the WordPress community to thrive.
