We’re very happy to announce the launch of an internal project we’ve been working on for a while. We’ve always insisted on product knowledge on a company level, but as the team grows, it’s getting harder to bring new people up to speed. That’s why our Customer Happiness team came up with the WordPress academy.
The idea is twofold:
- New Customer Happiness employees will learn everything they need to know about WordPress and ManageWP to provide quality support
- Employees from other teams will have a comprehensive course that will help them understand the ins and outs of our service
As always, we are striving to keep our happiness score up, and answer all of your questions promptly and efficiently. We also have a new team member – Vladimir, he is already very active in the support tickets and the ManageWP Users Facebook page.
