The New ManageWP Website Is (Almost) Here

We’ve been staring at the old website for so long that some of us could probably redraw the homepage from memory. Honestly, it started to feel a bit like that favorite WordCamp T-shirt you just can’t throw away; comfortable, full of memories, but maybe not what you want to wear out in public anymore. We knew it was time to finally retire that old look and give ourselves (and you) something to get excited about.

The new site is almost here, and I promise, it’s not just a quick makeover.

What’s Changing on the ManageWP Website?

Before we get into what’s new, here is something important to know. This update is just for the website. You will still see the same dashboard you are used to when you log in. We know the dashboard could use a little love, too, and we are already working on making it better-looking and easier to use. Those improvements are in the pipeline for the coming months, but for now, the changes you will notice are all about the main site.

So, what’s changing?

Design

No more muted vibes. We went bold. We even had a heated debate about just how blue “ManageWP blue” should be. You be the judge.

Manny

Still here. A bit shinier. We fed him some pixels and a lot of coffee.

Help Center

If you ever felt lost digging through our old User Guide or Troubleshooting articles, we hear you. This time around, we rewrote and reorganized them, then tested everything on real humans (ourselves included, coffee in hand).

Mobile

Try it on your phone. It just works. Finally.

What’s Been Happening Behind the Scenes

Honestly, the new website is just the part you’ll notice right away. The real action has been happening in the dashboard, where our team has spent the past few months squashing bugs and smoothing out the rough patches that come with managing over two million sites. There were definitely some long nights and a few “wait, what broke now?” moments. We know you noticed it too. Thanks for your patience (and for the bug reports).

Getting things back on track took some real teamwork. We brought seven new developers on board and added two more support heroes to the mix. Training, onboarding, and a lot of trial and error got us to a place where we can not only keep up, but even get ahead of what needs fixing. Mind-reading is still off the table, but with the new team, it feels like we are getting close.

Another thing we’re pretty proud of: lately, more than sixty percent of support requests have been getting a reply in under an hour. Our happiness score hit eighty-nine out of a hundred, which is just about the nicest compliment the support team could get. We are not saying coffee is magic, but it seems to help.

What’s Next for ManageWP?

The new website launches later this week and once it goes live, the roadmap is just around the corner. We are getting ready to give you a closer look at what we are working on and what’s coming up next. Stay tuned for more ways to get involved and help shape the future of ManageWP.

Thanks for Sticking with Us

Really, thanks. Whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or you just signed up last week, you’re the reason we do all this.

Stay tuned.
