I have tried these tools and I must say many are great in many ways. However after going deep into the jungle of collaborating tools. I have found one that is VERY powerful, feature rich, and yet surprisingly simple to use. It’s Bitrix24. Oh its free with all the features you need to start and grow. NO I do not have any affiliation to this company.
I will say one thing, tickets take about 24 hours to get a reply, but there is a vast knowledge base library of tutorials, white papers, how to and case studies. Go take a look at them.
