How does your billing model work?
You start with a free account and get used to the service. Once you’re ready to go premium, you add your payment card and start turning premium add-ons on and off. At the end of the month you get a bill based on your actual usage.
How do I keep tabs of what I am paying?
Hover over your account name at the top right, and click Billing. You’ll get a breakdown of your premium add-on usage so far, as well as an estimate of what you’ll pay if you don’t make any changes until the end of the month.
Why do I see a $1 charge on my credit card after I’ve added my card?
We’re verifying that your card can be charged at the end of the month. The $1 is usually refunded within 48h.
Does ManageWP offer academic/educational pricing?

I like your service, but I don’t have a card! Do you currently accept any other for payments?
No, unfortunately at the moment we do not support other payment methods, such as PayPal and wire transfers.
Bundles
What are bundles?
They are a great way to keep your cost down if you’ve got 25+ websites. Instead of paying per site, you’ll reserve a bundle that lets you use a premium add-on for up to a 100 websites, for a fixed price.
What if I need a premium add-on on more than a 100 websites?
The bundles stack, so you can take as many bundles as you need.
Do I need to assign the bundles to websites?
No. The most expensive websites are automatically assigned to bundles, and the algorithm makes sure that the monthly bill is as low as possible.
How long does my bundle last?
When you commit to a bundle, it’s active for the whole month. If you cancel a bundle, it will deactivate at the end of the month. This also means that it’s applied retroactively: you can turn on a bundle on the 29th of the month, and it will be effective for the whole month.
ManageWP Wallet
If I have funds in my ManageWP Wallet, will I be billed from the Wallet first?
Yes, as long as you have funds in your ManageWP wallet, we will use those funds when we try to bill your account. When your Wallet is empty, we will bill your credit card.
TAX
I’ve signed up for a $10/month, but I’m being charged $12. Why?
ManageWP is a respectable business that respects the tax laws across the globe. The prices listed on the website are how much we charge for our service, but additional tax may apply, depending on your location.
Why do I have to pay VAT, I am in Norway which is not part of the EU?
Since 2001 electronic services have been subject to VAT in Norway when supplied from vendors established in Norway. Since July 1st, 2011 the Norwegian Parliament passed the bill that imposes a 25% VAT to all foreign electronic services bought by Norwegian residents.
I have my VAT ID, how do I use it?
The VAT ID can be entered when you add a payment card. If you’ve already added a card, you can edit the card info in order to enter the VAT ID.
Why is your VAT ID not showing in VIES? Do you have a standard EU based VAT?
Our EU VAT ID falls under the special Non-Union scheme since we are a US entity and cannot register for VAT under the Union scheme. There is no website where Non-Union VAT IDs could be validated at the moment, and that is why our VAT ID is not showing in VIES.
