Q. Why doesn’t my Uptime Monitor widget show correct reports?

There is a possibility that your hosting provider is blocking IPs from which we are trying to monitor your websites. Here you can find the list of IPs which you need to keep white-listed. For now, only Seattle (Washington) set of IPs is being used for uptime monitoring.

You may consider adding these IPs to the “exclude list” of such analytic applications so the monitoring requests don’t affect your statistics.

Also, please bear in mind that, if you are using a CDN, you could receive down notifications if the uptime monitor is attempting to contact a CDN instance that is down.
