Awesome idea with the implementation of reports. This alone will definitely help preserve some sanity, as it now will be easy for clients to acknowledge duties and tasks which we perform for them.
Clean up of the interface is welcome as well. Should make traversing the management of multiple site quite a bit smoother.

History! Excellent idea, I”ve been doing copy and paste to keep a record of actions done, having that available per website is something I’m looking forward to seeing.

Will the report feature be accessible via the API as well? It would be great to have the opportunity to display reports on my own client support page.
