ManageWP Uptime Monitor is powered by Site24x7. Most false positives happen when some of the IPs used to scan the website are blocked by hosting providers. To prevent this from happening on your websites you should make sure Seattle (Washington) IP addresses Site24x7 uses are whitelisted.
ManageWP uses CloudFlare as the authoritative DNS. In rare cases, where white listing our IP addresses is not enough, you can also white list the CloudFlare IP addresses that show up in your logs (also listed here).
